Enjoying magnificent views over the Howgill Fells and open countryside and farmland, Ash Hining Farm is an ideal base for the larger party wishing to walk the famous Dalesway or explore the delights of this area of natural beauty.

The farmhouse itself dates back to the 17th century and has been refurbished in recent times to provide spacious accommodation for eight, with all four modern bedrooms haveing en-suites. The ground floor is furnished in a more traditional, yet comfortable style and has a wealth of exposed beams, that all important open fireplace and sunny conservatory from where to take in the tremendous views and watch visiting sheep!

First Floor

Bedroom 1: Double bedroom with en-suite shower cubicle, hand-basin and W.C.
Bedroom 2: King-size bedroom with en-suite Spa bath and hand held shower attachment.
Bedroom 3: Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, with shower cubicle, hand-basin and W.C.
Bedroom 4: Twin bedroom with en-suite shower cubicle, hand-basin and WC.

All gas, electric and bed linen provided. Sorry no cot or high chair available.

Small enclosed garden with outdoor seating, but ample other garden areas for guests' use. Shed available for bike storage and ample parking for up to four cars.
