Dales View occupies an enviable position
on the fellside, enjoying uninterrupted vistas of this beautiful
part of the world. A mere 1 mile from Sedbergh, just inside
the Yorkshire Dales National Park and only 20 minutes drive
from the Lake District National Park, the property has magnificent
views over the Howgill Fells and open countryside and farmland.
Dales View was created from a redundant farm building and
now offers excellent, high quality facilities with many
retained characterful features including a mix of slate
and solid oak floors. It really is the ideal place to get
away from it all with the opportunity to enjoy the famous
Dalesway walk.
Accommodation Details :
From 1st October until the end of April,
3 and 4 day breaks are available.
Ground Floor
With oil fired central heating, the accommodation comprises:
Covered entrance porch leading to:
Bedroom 1: with king size bed and ensuite
shower room with shower cubicle, hand basin WC and heated
towel rail.
Bedroom 2 : twin with ensuite shower room
with shower cubicle, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.
Oak staircase leading to:
First Floor
Living area: open plan with gas effect
log burner, colour TV, video and DVD.
kitchen/dining area : well fitted with
fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer.
All fuel, electric and bed linen provided. Sorry no cot
or highchair available.
Patio area to the front of the cottage with furniture provided.
